Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Mykhailo Fedorov is officially appointed to, publicly assumes, or is officially designated to any formal governmental, state, or advisory role within the government or state apparatus of Ukraine at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

• Qualifying roles include any official government position (e.g., Minister, Deputy Minister, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, head of a national agency, member of the National Security and Defense Council (РНБО), or any official or advisory role to the President, the Office of the President, the Prime Minister, any Ministry, or any state agency).

• Paid or unpaid roles, full-time, part-time, acting/interim, and off‑staff (позаштатні) appointments qualify.

• Exclusions: political party positions, private-sector jobs, or NGO roles without an official state/government or presidential advisory designation do not qualify.

• Resolution will be based only on official Ukrainian state records or public statements issued after market creation (e.g., presidential decrees (Укази Президента України), official announcements on government websites, or entries in official state registers).
