For the purposes of this market:
• A qualifying hack includes any unauthorized exploit of Polymarket's smart contracts, infrastructure, or platform resulting in a verifiable loss of user or protocol funds totalling $10,000,000 or more in a single incident or coordinated series of incidents.
• The loss of funds must be verifiable onchain or through official Polymarket disclosures.
• Compromised private keys leading to loss of funds qualify, provided the loss is verifiable onchain or confirmed by official sources.
• Oracle manipulation or frontend exploits resulting in verifiable fund losses qualify.
• Only incidents occurring after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
• The value of the hack is measured by the realized loss incurred by users or the protocol as a result of the incident. Unrealized or disputed losses do not count toward the qualifying threshold.
