This market will resolve to “Yes” if Lombard (Lombard Finance) suffers an exploit at any time after the creation of this market and before December 31, 2026 - 00:00 UTC that results in a verifiable loss of user or protocol funds, or unauthorized minting/transfer from Lombard-controlled smart contracts or wallets.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Lombard” means Lombard Finance and any smart contracts, token contracts, bridges, or on-chain addresses that Lombard Finance publicly identifies as under its control (lombard.finance).

• An “exploit” is an unauthorized action or security breach that causes an on-chain economic loss (permanent or realized transfer of value) to users or the protocol, or unauthorized minting/burning/transfers from Lombard-controlled contracts. Incidents limited to private disclosures, bugs with no on-chain loss, or non-economic disruptions do not qualify.

• The occurrence must be confirmed by at least one of the following: an official Lombard security advisory or public statement; verifiable on-chain evidence (blockchain explorer/transaction history) showing unauthorized transfers or loss from Lombard-controlled contracts or addresses; OR consistent reporting by two or more reputable crypto news outlets that cite on-chain evidence or an official Lombard statement.

• Only incidents that occur after this market’s creation are eligible for resolution. If Lombard publicly confirms an incident but states no funds were lost, this market resolves “Yes” only if verifiable on-chain evidence shows economic loss.
