This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kalshi (Kalshi Markets, Inc. or an affiliated entity) withdraws the pending filing submitted to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) that seeks to extend, modify, or implement a crypto-perpetual rebate program at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." For the purposes of this market, "withdraws" means Kalshi files a formal notice of withdrawal with the CFTC, or Kalshi issues an official public statement explicitly announcing that it has withdrawn the named filing. A CFTC denial, rejection, administrative closure, expiration, or other CFTC action that causes the filing not to take effect does NOT qualify as a Kalshi withdrawal unless Kalshi itself files a withdrawal or issues the explicit withdrawal statement. The named filing is the specific CFTC docket/filing that exists at market creation; only withdrawals of that filing are eligible for a "Yes" outcome.
