This market will resolve to "Yes" if Iran publicly announces that it is withdrawing from, terminating, or will no longer participate in JCPOA negotiations at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." For the purposes of this market: an "announcement" must be an official, public statement issued by the Islamic Republic of Iran or its designated negotiating authorities (for example: the Office of the President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Supreme Leader's office, Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, or Iran's official state news agencies) explicitly stating Iran's withdrawal or cessation of participation in JCPOA talks. Statements by non-official individuals, leaks, opinion pieces, or third-party speculation do not qualify. If the statement is issued in Persian (Farsi), an official Persian-language posting by an Iranian government channel or corroboration by two independent reputable international news organizations quoting the official statement will be accepted as evidence.

• Official Iranian government communications or state media (Office of the President, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Supreme Leader's office, Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, IRNA, IRIB). • Consensus of credible reports from reputable international news organizations (e.g., Reuters, AP, BBC) quoting an official Iranian source.
