This market will resolve to “Yes” if the USD price per publicly traded share of SpaceX (any equity share class) trades strictly below $100.00 for a continuous period of at least 10 minutes at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.” For the purposes of this market: • “Publicly traded share” means an equity share class of SpaceX (or a successor corporate entity representing SpaceX’s primary equity) that is listed and actively tradable on a major U.S. or international stock exchange (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE). • Price measurements will use the last traded price on SpaceX’s primary listing exchange. If primary-exchange trade data are unavailable, resolution will use a consensus of major financial data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv/Reuters, Yahoo Finance). • Prices will be adjusted pro rata for stock splits, reverse splits, redenominations, or similar corporate actions. • If SpaceX has no publicly traded equity listed and trading prior to January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST, this market will resolve to “No.” • Only trading activity and price data that occur after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
