This market will resolve to “Yes” if xMoney implements, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC, a change to its primary issuance model such that the existing whitelist-only issuance requirement is removed and replaced by a publicly accessible application or minting process that any member of the public can initiate without prior invitation. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.” For the purposes of this market, “fully open” means xMoney’s primary issuance mechanism no longer requires prior whitelist approval and instead provides a documented, publicly accessible procedure (hosted on xMoney’s official website, blog, GitHub, verified social accounts, or on-chain contract) through which any individual or entity can apply to receive issuance or mint tokens. Announcements of intent, roadmaps, or plans without an implemented public application mechanism do not qualify. Private or invitation-only programs, or changes that still require pre-approval by xMoney or its affiliates, do not qualify.
