Rules

This market resolves YES if: Subject to the pre-opening cancellation rule, Trezor publicly and substantively confirms, at or after observationStart and strictly before eventDeadline, that physical examination established malicious added hardware in the identified Safe 5. Trezor's explicit endorsement of an independent examiner's physical findings also qualifies. This market resolves NO if: No qualifying confirmation occurred before observationStart or within the observation window, and sufficiently complete, reliable public records establish that no qualifying in-window confirmation occurred. Pending delivery, continued investigation, inconclusive findings, or findings of no malicious implant do not extend the deadline. Observation period: 2026-11-03T02:00:00Z inclusive to 2026-12-01T00:00:00Z exclusive (UTC). Only events in this period count. Definition and measurement: Binary occurrence of Trezor's substantive public confirmation concerning the Safe 5 purchased from CryptoBilis through Tokopedia in August 2026 and reported on October 28. Confirmation must attribute the finding to physical examination and identify added hardware as intended for unauthorized surveillance, information theft, or another attack. Merely unidentified components, photographs, interviews, repeated allegations, precautionary warnings, or third-party findings without Trezor's explicit endorsement do not qualify. Proof of every alleged screen-reading or cellular-transmission capability is unnecessary. Any authenticated Trezor-controlled public statement may qualify, whether or not linked from the original notice. November 30, 2026 is included in full, in UTC. Tie rule: There is no numerical tie. Publication exactly at observationStart is in-window; publication exactly at eventDeadline is excluded. A date-only record suffices only if every possible publication time falls within the same relevant interval; otherwise a reliable timestamp is required or the outcome-determinative uncertainty rule applies. Data revisions: The market judges Trezor's public assertion, not its ultimate scientific correctness. Later retractions or revised findings do not erase an authenticated qualifying assertion. Evidence available by evidenceAvailableBy may establish an earlier publication, but a new confirmation after eventDeadline cannot qualify. Newly added text cannot inherit a page's original publication date without evidence that the qualifying text was already public. Source precedence: Authenticated original Trezor statements control whether Trezor publicly confirmed the finding; the original notice has no veto over qualifying standalone statements. Independent examination counts only with Trezor's explicit public endorsement. Original official content takes precedence over secondary paraphrases; reliably preserved copies may establish deleted content. Decrypt supplies context, not settlement authority. Later disagreement does not erase a verified qualifying assertion. Unavailable sources: The designated notice is an evidence anchor, not an exclusive publication channel. Accept authenticated Trezor-controlled public statements, standalone official reports, and Trezor's explicit public endorsements of independent examinations, including reliably preserved copies, whether linked from the notice or not. Attribution, qualifying content, device identity, and publication timing must be verifiable. Temporary outages never establish NO. A verified in-window confirmation survives unrelated outages; an unresolved outcome-determinative gap at evidenceAvailableBy requires CANCEL. Cancellation: Apply in this order: CANCEL if reliable evidence establishes a qualifying confirmation strictly before observationStart, because the investigation outcome was already publicly confirmed before the market's observation opened; otherwise YES if a qualifying in-window confirmation is established; otherwise CANCEL only if an outcome-determinative evidence gap prevents determining YES or NO by evidenceAvailableBy; otherwise NO. An unrelated missing page, device non-delivery, or delayed examination alone cannot cause cancellation. Evidence expected by: 2026-12-04T00:00:00Z. Earliest resolution: 2026-12-04T01:00:00Z.

FAQ

What happens during the "Funding" phase?
During the funding phase, users can contribute TYD to a prediction market proposal, and signal which side they favor. Funds are temporarily held in the Launchpad (escrow) contract until the funding threshold is reached.
What happens when the funding goal is reached?
Once the total amount of contributions meets the threshold, the system will automatically deploy a Prediction Market on-chain. Your funded TYD will then be converted into: • Outcome Tokens (YES or NO, corresponding to the side you favored), and • LP Shares, representing your ranged liquidity position for the opposing outcome. Note: The outcome tokens you receive represent the side which you chose to "fund," and the LP shares represent the side which you want to "divest." The tokens in the ranged liquidity position will be paired with TYD in a full range between the starting odds and 1 TYD. You may withdraw the underlying ranged liquidity for your LP shares at any time. A ---% market deployment fee will be deducted at this stage.
How does a Market “Graduate?”
Graduation occurs once a market reaches the funding threshold, and both outcomes receive a non-zero funding amount. This allows the protocol to surface high value markets, and set the initial odds for trading.
What if the market doesn't reach its goal?
If the funding goal is not reached before the deadline (End of Escrow), the market will fail to launch. You can withdraw your contribution at any time, and no fee will be charged for withdrawals after the funding period ends.
Can I withdraw my funds during the funding period?
Yes. You may withdraw your contribution at any time before the funding period ends. However: • A ---% fee applies to withdrawals made during the funding period. • Withdrawals that would leave less than 1% of the threshold in the pool are not allowed (you can withdraw a smaller amount or your full balance instead).
How is my Outcome Token price determined after launch?
When the Prediction Market is deployed, the initial pool price is calculated based on the total amount funded for each side (YES vs NO). This determines the starting probability for trading.
Who can create a market?
Anyone can create a prediction market proposal. Once a proposal meets the funding threshold, it will automatically be deployed as a tradable Prediction Market.
Where can I view my current funding positions?
You can find all the markets you've contributed to under Portfolio → Funded. It shows your current positions, contribution amounts, and allows withdrawals before deployment.
