This market will resolve to “Yes” if Sneako is formally deported (i.e., removed under an official immigration removal order and physically expelled) from the United States or removed from any country pursuant to an official immigration removal order at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2030 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.” For the purposes of this market: - “Deported” means a formal removal action executed by a government immigration authority that results in the individual being physically expelled from the country; mere voluntary departure, travel, or internal administrative transfers do not qualify unless accompanied by a formal removal order and evidence of execution. - The occurrence must be confirmed by one or more of the following: official records or statements from U.S. immigration authorities (e.g., DHS, ICE, CBP), publicly available immigration or court records showing a removal order and its execution, an official statement from a foreign government confirming the removal, or consistent reporting of the removal by at least two reputable national/international news organizations. - Only events that occur after the deployment/creation of this market are eligible for resolution.

- Official statements or records from U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) - U.S. or foreign immigration/court records (e.g., EOIR records) showing a removal order and execution - Official statements from relevant foreign government authorities (if removal confirmed by that government) - Consensus of credible reports from reputable news organizations (e.g., Reuters, AP, New York Times)
