This market will resolve to “Yes” if Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (Bitmine) divests of, or otherwise permanently disposes of, any amount of its Ethereum (ETH) holdings at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• A qualifying divestment must result in a net reduction of Bitmine’s total ETH holdings.

• Temporary transfers, custodial movements, staking-related movements, collateralization, internal restructuring, or wallet reorganization do not qualify unless they result in a net reduction of total ETH holdings.

Announcements or stated intentions without an actual reduction in holdings do not qualify.
