This market will resolve to "Yes" if any memecoin token contract that is deployed via Pump.fun at any time after this market's creation and before August 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC (i.e., deployed during July 2026) attains a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of $100,000,000 USD or more at any time before August 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

• "Deployed via Pump.fun" means a token contract created using Pump.fun's official deployment/minting mechanism as evidenced by Pump.fun's site/records or on-chain transaction metadata tied to Pump.fun's known factory address. Tokens deployed prior to this market's creation are ineligible.

• "FDV" (Fully Diluted Valuation) = (total token supply) × (USD price per token). The USD price used will be taken from CoinGecko (preferred) or CoinMarketCap (fallback); if not listed there, price will be taken from major centralized exchange trade data or a consensus of credible on-chain aggregator feeds. A single reported price/trade producing FDV ≥ $100,000,000 at any time in the eligible window qualifies.

• If authoritative price or deployment evidence is unavailable or disputed, outcome will be determined by consensus of credible on-chain records and reputable crypto reporting.
