This market will resolve to “Yes” if 3Jane publicly issues and makes available for purchase or trading a fungible, transferable blockchain-based token at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market: “3Jane” means the 3Jane project or any legal entity publicly identifying itself as representing 3Jane. A qualifying “launch” requires both (a) an official announcement from 3Jane via its website or verified social accounts, and (b) the token being publicly transferable and available to the public through a recognized venue (e.g., a centralized exchange listing, a decentralized exchange pool, or an official token sale/airdrop resulting in transferable tokens). Testnet/demo tokens, proposals, or announcements that do not result in a public, transferable issuance do not qualify. Only token launches occurring after this market’s creation are eligible for resolution.
