This market will resolve to “Yes” if Uniswap launches a perpetual futures exchange (perp-DEX) at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• A “perpetual exchange” is defined as a Uniswap-branded or Uniswap-governed protocol that enables users to trade perpetual derivative contracts with no fixed expiry.

• The product must be publicly accessible and usable by the general public.

• Governance approval alone, announcements, plans, or prototypes do not qualify unless the product is actually launched and usable.

• Integrations with third-party perp protocols do not qualify unless Uniswap operates or governs the underlying exchange itself.

Only launches occurring after market deployment are eligible.
